Terms of Use

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This is a translation of the Arabic terms. If the two differ, the Arabic text governs.

About these terms

By using Hadramout Gas (غاز حضرموت) you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The app is operated by اسم صاحب حساب المطوّر.

What the app provides

The app shows gas, opening and crowding status at stations in Hadramout. It comes from station staff, the app's administration and drivers' reports.

We show the source and time of every status. But a status may change before you arrive, so it helps you and does not guarantee gas is available. We do not sell gas or hold a place in line for you.

Your account

• Use is free. You can browse as a guest, or create an account with your phone number.
• The app is for people aged 18 or older.
• One account per person. Do not create an account with someone else's number.
• You are responsible for your password. We will never ask you for it.

Reports

• Report only what you saw yourself, while you are near the station.
• There must be 30 minutes between two reports on the same subject.
• A false report is canceled, and we may suspend your reporting or your account.

Station staff

A work account is created by the station manager or the app manager. Publish correct status for your own station only. Your work at the station may be ended, or your account suspended, in case of misuse.

Points and draws

• Points are a reward inside the app only: they cannot be bought, exchanged for money or moved to another account, and they have no cash value.
• Every 100 points become one chance in the draw.
• The draw is free, for people aged 18 or older, and has its own rules (in Arabic). No draw opens before its full rules are published.
• We cancel points and chances that came from fraud or false reports.
• We may pause rewards or the draw temporarily, and we tell you in the app.

WhatsApp Status

Post the approved material as it is, and upload a real screenshot of the viewer count. An edited screenshot is rejected, and the account may be suspended.

Acceptable use

• Do not use automated programs or create fake accounts.
• Do not try to access other people's accounts or our servers.
• Do not modify the app to earn points or change a station's status.

Suspending and deleting an account

You can delete your account (page in Arabic) at any time. We may suspend reporting or the account if these terms are broken.

Limits of liability

We provide the app as it is. We do our best to keep status correct and recent, but we are not responsible for a loss caused by relying on a station's status or by the service stopping.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update their date at the top of the page and tell you in the app before any important change. Continuing to use the app after the change means you accept it.
